Anyone for Free Electricity?
BECL are now working alongside one of the biggest PV installers in the UK and can now offer FREE solar panels to anyone looking to “rent their roof” out for a 25year period.
How does it work?
A Solar PV array will be installed on the owners roof. In return for providing the installation, the installer receives the Feed In Tariff and Export tariffs generated by the PV array. The property owner benefits from the free electricity that they are able to use on-site, this could be worth £3,000 per annum, as well as a small additional rental income. The system will be installed and serviced and maintained for 25years at no cost to the owner and after 25 years the system will revert to the owner.
