BECL Completes over 2,500 Energy Performance Certificates
We have just completed our 2,500th Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
EPC’s measure the energy efficiency of a property and are mandatory for commercial and residential properties that are to be sold or let.
We have a network of assessors that can undertake EPC’s throughout the UK and have recently been busier with residential lettings.
